Come help out this church on Saturday and shop some great vendors and soak up all the positive energy that these great people generate.

First Spiritualist Church of Erie Fall Expo - October 15. 2016 - Erie PA

This is their Annual Fall Spiritual Expo !!   There will be Vendors, Readers, Reiki, Lectures, 50/50, and Chinese Auction. 

 The event will once again benefit The Second Harvest Food Bank of NW PA.   So bring a non-perishable food item to receive $1 off the regular $3 admission price.  Kids under 12 get in free with an adult.

First Spiritualist Church of Erie - Speaker July 10,2016

I am looking forward to speaking again at the First Spiritualist Church of Erie in July.   This church is full of positive loving energy.   It is a pleasure to visit and each time I leave this Church I am lifted higher than when I arrived.

After church on this day is their Medium Sunday and I will be giving mini readings as well.   Hopefully I will bring a few friends with me.

Every second Sunday of each month is Medium Sunday at the First Spiritualist Church of Erie. Services start at 11:00 a.m. Come early for fellowship, coffee and donuts!

Mini readings are $7 and *​​pot luck dinner is $3. Readings are about 15 minutes each. Please bring a dish to pass.

Beautiful Day of Serving Spirit in Waterford

Yesterday I had the honor of speaking and then providing Mini-readings at the First Spiritualist Church in Waterford, PA.  

After the service there was a lovely potluck lunch with a wonderful selection of delicious food.   If you ever have an opportunity to attend services at this church, you should go.

I shared what were my four most influential books in my spiritual journey but before I got into that, I shared this little IRS joke..  Since everyone laughed I thought I would share it with you now...

The Tax-man decides to audit Grandpa, and summons him to the IRS office. The IRS auditor was not surprised when Grandpa showed up with his Lawyer.

 

The auditor said, "Well, sir, you have an extravagant lifestyle and no full-time employment, which you explain by saying that you win money gambling. I'm not sure the Tax-man finds that believable." "I'm a great gambler, and I can prove it" says Grandpa. "How about a demonstration?" The auditor thinks for a moment and said, "Okay. Go ahead!" Grandpa says, "I'll bet you a thousand dollars that I can bite my own eye!"

 

The auditor thinks a moment and says, "It's a bet!" Grandpa removes his glass eye and bites it! The auditor's jaw drops. Grandpa says, "Now, I'll bet you two thousand dollars that I can bite my other eye!" Now the auditor can tell Grandpa isn't blind, so he takes the bet. Grandpa removes his dentures and bites his good eye.

 

The stunned auditor now realises he has wagered and lost three grand, with Grandpa's lawyer as a witness. He starts to get nervous. "Want to go double or nothing?" Grandpa asks "I'll bet you six thousand dollars that I can stand on one side of your desk, and pee into that waste-paper basket on the other side, and never get a drop anywhere in between!" The auditor, twice burned, is cautious now, but he looks carefully and decides there's no way this old guy could possibly manage that stunt, so he agrees again.

 

Grandpa stands beside the desk and unzips his pants, but although he strains mightily, he can't make the stream reach the waste-paper basket on the other side, so he pretty much urinates all over the auditor's desk. The auditor leaps with joy, realising that he has just turned a major loss into a huge win.

 

But Grandpa's attorney moans and puts his head in his hands. "Are you okay?" the auditor asks. "Not really" says the attorney. "This morning, when Grandpa told me he'd been summoned for an audit, he bet me twenty-five thousand dollars that he could come in here and pee all over your desk and you'd be happy about it!"
