When we start our day in a positive fashion, we have a good day, and should something happen that would spoil the day we can work through it.  

If we start our day negatively, like arguing with our other half it's not going to be a very good day and should something happen then, it's all downhill.  


So always try to start your day with a smile and it will be "Top O' The Morning" all day.

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of serving at The Church of Spiritual Oneness in Erie, PA.  They have a wonderful group with great energy.  I would like to thank them for the opportunity to speak and participate in their Message Service. 

Bay Leaf - who knew?

Every so often I learn something new.  Today I learned the spiritual nature of all things the Bay Leaf.

Bay Leafs add a subtle flavor to food.   They are great in stews and soups.

Surprisingly it can ward off evil and it can help you with your psychic awareness.

And I love to use Bay Leaf when I cook.

Last Day to Register in NY for General Election is October 14, 2016

Friday October 14th is the last day you can register to vote in New York State.  Even though we are presented with the two worst candidates ever, we still have a choice.  

Dr. Jill Stein of the Green Party, who supports basically what Sen. Bernie Sanders does and Gary Johnson of the Libertarian Party, who supports the far Right.  We seem almost always have to vote for the lessor of two evils, which means we are still voting for evil.  

I refuse to do that any more and will NOT vote for Trump or Clinton.  We need REAL CHANGE in this Country and we need it now before we end up in Word War III

However, we need both.  Spirituality is a way of life and our relationship with the Creator.  

Religion on the other hand gives us community, whereby we can be with people of like minds.  We can be Spiritual, but not religious or religious and not spiritual.  Which ever we are we still need community.
